With more than 18 years of IT and Project Management experience, Mauri Elizondo is a valuable member of the Sheer Technology team. Mauri's background as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is solidly built upon her expertise in business process flow and strategic development.
As Technical Project Manager for Excel Telecommunications in Dallas, Mauri was responsible for physical infrastructure and technical process consolidations that reduced the company's operational costs by $3M combined. Her proficient
ability to efficiently manage long-term,
multi-faceted IT projects led to overseeing all technical developments for the Dallas County Criminal Justice System. Most recently, Mauri has consulted with the Texas Conference of Urban Counties conducting a thorough analysis of the state-wide Adult Case Management System and providing program management services in support of Tarrant County’s participation in the Common Integrated Justice Systems (CIJS) projects. The knowledge this vast experience has given Mauri is now utilized for Sheer Technology’s clients as she performs process flow reengineering and documentation, as well as high level project management and business analyses.
Mauri is an accredited PMP, as well as ITIL Foundations and Scrum Master certified. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and is currently completing the university’s Master of Public Administration program. Mauri lives in Dallas, TX, and enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with her friends and family.
